Early customers receive a high-touch implementation. This lets StormTrust learn the operating workflow before making it self-service.
The first phase establishes success criteria, current systems, markets, users, data owners, a historical event, CRM workflow, and acceptance checklist.
StormTrust prepares customer records, normalizes addresses, configures monitors, sets territories, defines alert thresholds, provisions users, and maps CRM fields.
The team replays the selected event, identifies impacted customer examples, creates property priorities, drafts deployment zones, demonstrates CRM handoff, and reviews discrepancies.
Managers and field users practice alerts, assignments, visits, inspections, evidence capture, reports, and escalation.
The final phase tests alerts, runs a storm drill, records baseline measures, and confirms operational ownership.
The acceptance checklist defines completion. Login alone does not activate the customer.
