A guarantee should transfer risk only where StormTrust controls the result.
StormTrust must not guarantee hail, roof damage, insurance approval, contacts, leads, contracts, or revenue.
The recommended guarantee covers a defined implementation checklist:
- Operating market configured
- Initial records imported
- Service territories configured
- Alert thresholds configured
- Alert path tested
- Historical event replayed
- Action plan generated
- CRM handoff demonstrated
- Administrator trained
The customer must supply agreed inputs on time. If StormTrust misses the defined readiness date after receiving those inputs, recurring billing remains paused. StormTrust continues the implementation without added service fees.
A later cancellation or refund remedy must use exact contract language and a specific failure period.
Each paid evidence report should identify its source, evidence classification, event revision, and confidence context. StormTrust should correct or reissue a report that materially fails this standard.
Service credits can cover a published processing or notification target after production data proves that target is reliable. Do not publish an unmeasured service-level promise.
