Primary public sources include NOAA MRMS, NWS Alerts, SPC products, NEXRAD, and NCEI Storm Events. Commercial providers may augment speed, verification, forecasting, or coverage. They do not become the only system of record.
Production property intelligence requires licensed data. Provider selection evaluates parcel and structure coverage, ownership and roof fields, commercial records, refresh cadence, licensing, redistribution rights, API limits, and cost.
Contact enrichment remains separate from property identity. Controls include source provenance, tenant eligibility, permitted use, suppression, consent when required, and retention.
Mapping infrastructure supports vector rendering, geocoding, search, tiles, address normalization, and geometry operations. Provider selection should not create an unportable application data model.
CRM patterns may include inbound and outbound synchronization, webhook events, scheduled reconciliation, and manual imports or exports.
Potential categories include Meta, direct-mail providers, email providers, SMS providers, and lead-form providers.
Outbound webhooks have stable event names, IDs, timestamps, versions, tenant context, payload contracts, signatures, and retry behavior.
Future partners should be able to build against OpenAPI, a webhook catalog, managed credentials, event schemas, and a test environment.
