# Offer naming

Commercial planning

Offers, messages, prices, guarantees, and delivery targets are proposals to validate. They do not establish available features, customer results, or contractual commitments. Confirm implementation and supporting evidence before using a proposal externally.

Offer names should describe the result or delivery container. A buyer should not need to decode the product hierarchy.

| Role | Name |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------- |
| Lead magnet | Last-Storm Revenue Leak Audit |
| Paid validation | 60-Day StormTrust Proof Sprint |
| Core offer | StormTrust 30-Day Storm Response Command Center |
| Event product | Storm Event Action Pack |
| Property report | Property Impact Dossier |
| Monitoring product | Existing-Customer Impact Monitor |
| Executive service | Post-Storm Performance Review |

## Headline system

The primary headline should state the operational result:

> **Install your storm-response command center before the next hailstorm.**

Alternative messages can test different pains:

- Turn a qualifying storm into a field plan
- Protect existing customers after hail
- Know which properties matter first

The call to action should describe the first useful experience:

> **Replay My Last Storm**

Use **Request a Demo** only when the destination is an ordinary demonstration. The historical replay is more specific and gives value before the sales call.
