# First 90 days

Commercial planning

Offers, messages, prices, guarantees, and delivery targets are proposals to validate. They do not establish available features, customer results, or contractual commitments. Confirm implementation and supporting evidence before using a proposal externally.

The first 90 days should prove one complete customer journey.

## Days 1–14

Define one customer profile, core offer, proof sprint, guarantee, audit, qualification form, onboarding checklist, and pricing hypothesis.

Interview qualified operators. Review their prior storm workflows, language, tools, costs, and willingness to pay.

## Days 15–30

Deliver Last-Storm Audits and present paid Proof Sprints to qualified buyers. Record every objection and refine the acceptance checklist.

## Days 31–60

Import customer data, replay one storm, generate an action plan, complete onboarding, and measure time to first value.

Avoid broad features that do not support the core weather-to-action workflow.

## Days 61–90

Convert successful sprints into continuity. Create the first authorized case studies, launch referrals, standardize onboarding, and determine actual gross margin.

Scale distribution only after fulfillment and customer economics become measurable.
