# Warm outreach

Commercial planning

Offers, messages, prices, guarantees, and delivery targets are proposals to validate. They do not establish available features, customer results, or contractual commitments. Confirm implementation and supporting evidence before using a proposal externally.

Warm outreach begins with relationships that can provide honest operational context. The goal is learning and proof, not broad promotion.

Relevant relationships include roofing operators, suppliers, consultants, CRM implementers, canvassing specialists, adjusters, and industry technology partners.

## Conversation opener

Use a specific, low-pressure request:

> StormTrust turns hail intelligence into a deployment and customer-response plan. We are replaying prior storms against real contractor workflows. I would value your feedback on one event from your market.

## Learning goals

Each conversation should capture:

- Current process
- Buyer language
- Existing tools
- Response delays
- Data constraints
- Purchase objections

## Follow-up

Offer a Last-Storm Audit when the company fits the initial market. Ask for a referral when the contact understands the problem but is not the correct buyer.

Record the source, relationship, next action, and result in the lead system. Avoid mass messages that ignore the relationship context.
