# Cold outreach

Commercial planning

Offers, messages, prices, guarantees, and delivery targets are proposals to validate. They do not establish available features, customer results, or contractual commitments. Confirm implementation and supporting evidence before using a proposal externally.

Cold outreach should connect to a real storm, market, or visible operating process. A generic feature list gives the buyer little reason to respond.

## Message structure

The message has four parts:

1. Identify a relevant event or market.
2. Name the operational gap.
3. Offer a useful replay asset.
4. Ask for permission to send it.

Example:

> I reviewed a recent hail event across your operating market. The difficult part was turning changing evidence into a property and field plan. We created a short replay that demonstrates that workflow. Would the replay be useful?

## Supporting assets

Personalize outreach with one relevant asset:

- Market storm replay
- Existing-customer example
- Deployment-zone example
- Short narrated walkthrough
- Attribution-gap summary
- Integration example

## Success criteria

The first success is a qualified response. Measure reply quality, qualified meeting rate, audit completion, and proof-sprint conversion.

Comply with channel rules, consent requirements, suppression policy, and data licenses. The presence of contact information does not create permission.
